Recreation Challenge 2026
Are you looking for a fun summer activity to do with your family? Join us for our first ever Recreation Challenge!
How does it work? Download or pick up one of our Recreation Challenge booklets, complete at least 12 of the challenges, fill out your personal information on the back of the booklet, and then turn it in to win a T-shirt! This program is free. Below are some examples of the challenges:
- Have a picnic at the park
- Splash around at the splash pad
- Ask a park employee about free equipment rentals
- Splash in some puddles on a rainy day
The prize T-shirt will be designed by Baldwinsville Central School District students and will be released later on in the year. For now, it's a mystery!
The challenge will take place between April 1st and October 31st. Your booklet must be turned in to Lysander Parks and Recreation by October 31st in order for you to be eligible for the prize.
