Facility Rentals

All individuals or groups wanting to reserve a facility must register with the Parks and Recreation Department. Facilities are for use by reservation only. Follow the list procedures below to secure a facility reservation. (This information does not apply to athletic field reservations.)

1. Confirm the availability of the desired facility and date with the Parks Calendar listed at the top of this page.
2. Complete and return the reservation application to the Reservations Clerk along with full payment.
   1. Personal check, money order, or certified check payable to the Town of Lysander. This may be delivered in person or mailed to the Parks and Recreation office at:
      1. 8220 Loop rd. Baldwinsville, New York 13027.
   2. Credit card payable over the phone at 315-635-5999 EXT> 2, or during business hours at:
      1. 8220 Loop rd. Baldwinsville, New York 13027.
3. With completion of the reservation process, the reserving part will receive:
   1. A copy of the approved reservation application
   2. A receipt of payment
   3. Lysander Park guidelines and procedures
4. At the conclusion of the reservation, the Park Attendant will inspect the reserved facility to determine whether or not the facility has been returned to prior condition.
